What is Synomizer?Synomizer is a web based application to search and find synonyms. How to use Synomizer?Synomizer is available in five languages. You can change the language by clicking on the appropriate flags. The described functions of Synomizer are the same for every single language.Information The buttons Copy and Paste are available for Internet Explorer users only. You can copy/paste the text from/into the cilpboard into/from the input-box. The number of characters in the input-box is limited. The character counter shows you the number of allowed characters. The word analysis is limited to 100 characters, the text analysis is limited to 2500 characters. The synonym results are shown with different background colors, which seperate the different synonym context groups. Word analysis You can use the word analysis to look up single words. Click on word analysis, enter a word or a sentence and click on Synomize!. Now all available synonyms for all entered words will be shown in a list. Text analysis You can use the text analysis to analyze larger texts and to replace single words by synonyms directly. Click on text analysis, enter a text and click on Synomize! to start the process. This process may take several secounds. Afterwards the text is shown paraphrased. In addition the percentage of words with synonyms to all words and the process time in secounds is shown. The words with synonyms are replaced by comboboxes. You may select a synonym from an appropriate combobox. When all suitable synonyms were choosen, the text phrases will be merged by clicking Sinomize! again. What is Synomizer based on?The thesaurus database of Synomizer is based on the thesauri dictionaries of OpenOffice. You can download the dictionaries here and use them in OpenOffice.How to support Synomizer?Use this programm and tell your friends about this application.
